like all skills, they have to be taught by a master.
But if you're looking for and introduction into chinese calligraphy, you can always look for someone who's chinese educated to teach u the basics of chinese calligraphy.
otherwise, go to this website. it gives u some basic instructions. But for this to work ya gotta practise a lot. better if u got a teacher to practise with you :)
