It's age alone is almost meaningless, there are 2,000 year old coins valued at a few dollars. Everything depends on its condition (grade), and its origin. If you can't post a photo, at least give as good a description as possible of its diameter, type of metal, and what designs and lettering are on it. I can almost guarantee I can ID it if you can provide that.
