Question:

I thought of a poem today. What do you think?

Go to the Poor

Softly falls the winter snow seeking those merrily in the yuletide glow. of both the Christmas fires and warmth of kin, bringing the the carols of of joy and peace within.
But let not this season be only kindness toward the rich for all to see.
Let your heart hearts be of good cheer and kindness to other draw near: the ones who are desperate, by the world forgotton, so that their world won't be so rotten.
Go to the poor, give to them your randam acts of kindness, so they will not see the world in total terrible blindness.

Nice! I like that! I wrote this in 2 minutes on site. I use the spell check a lot because I have dyslexia very badly and had to take a special class to learn to read. I am not afriad to say that I use the spell rather heavily. It's just a fact of my life. I love to write but I'm not a pro at it. I'm glad when someone shows me a better way of doing things. Thank you so much.

Go to the Poor

Softly falls the winter snow
Seeking out the yuletide glow.
Of both the Christmas fires and warmth of kin,
Bringing them carols of peace within.
But let not this season only be
One of kindness for all to see.
Let your hearts be of good cheer
And kindness to draw others near:
Those who are desperate, trying to cope,
To bring to their world the warm rays of hope.
Go to the poor, with hearts open to share,
So they will see that some really do care.
