You wouldn't exactly call it "normal"... more like the average, since it really depends on your genes. I myself as a 13 Y.O. am 5 foot 3 1/2. I have peers shorter than 5 foot and peers as tall as 6 foot, it really depends on your heredity, and especially at what time you hit puberty. Hope I helped, at least a little. :)
