Where are baja hoodies from?

Where are baja hoodies from?

I'm guessing either Baja Big Sur or Baja California, but it could be anywhere. I love wearing mine, but I can't find anything online about them except where to buy them. Even Wikipedia doesn't have a page about them.

I believe their origin is from Baja, Mexico, where the indians wore them.
