What does the word mud giblet mean to you?

Giblets are the parts of a bird (like a turkey) left inside of them that you take out before you cook it (like the liver etc)...

SO mud giblet makes me picture them covered in mud which looks quite icky in my minds eye.

Perhaps it's a very thick gravy made with the giblets?

Either way. "Mud Giblet" does not sound particularly appetizing.
