Any good short poems about love?

I need a poem about love, a short one, no more than 10 sentence, the shorter the better. This isnt for homework or anything, its for my couin who met this girl, but dosnt know what to give to her. BTW, she gave him a 360....and shes gonna get a poem, so thats why he asked me to find a nice really nice short love poem.

If it was me who got a 360 from some girl, i would have done more than give her some freaking poem, but my cousin is always the lucky bastard....
