most new "art" seems just to be rip offs of basquiat. most new "art" just seems to have no effort and is deemed"deep"

i would definately have to say no, unless it is done on the computer, or something like photoshop. Anything can be a work of art, it is in the EYE OF THE BEHOLDER!
