How do you make a photo journel/diary?

I want to take a photograph a day to illustrate my life, but I don't know where to start.

if you've got a desktop buy a good web cam and at the same time every week sit in the same place in front of your PC and take a photo. the photos will chart the progression of you as you change your hair makeup etc and if you put them into a fast slide show on PowerPoint it becomes a digital flip chart. My wife and i did this during our first pregnancy taking two pictures a week side on in the same place and you can see her get change as the baby develops its amazing.
