I am unable to pay dishtv bills through ITZ cash card.?

Question:

I am unable to pay dishtv bills through ITZ cash card.?

When I log on to dishtv's website and click the renewal link and then enter my VC.No. then it shows a error trackingwith following message "No information found for this subscriber." I have my username and password also to access the dishtv's site. PLEASE HELP!

The itzcash Cards hv closed the Business That is why u r not able to use it.Pl pay thru any Crredit or Deit card of a Bank
