Which classes are best for tattooing?

My ultiamate goal is apprentice at a shop and learn the trade. I know i need alot more practice though to put together a good portfolio. Any sugestions from some one whos been there on what art classes i should be taking?

Art, Celtic Mythology, and maybe American Indian History. They all connect with tatooing.
