What are some really famous Australian bands?

I am writing a story and some of it takes place in Australia, could you please help me and tell me some Aussie bands. Also could you tell me somethings you would eat for brekkie, lunch and dinner. I love Australia but don't know that much, it will also help my story. Thanks! From the USA!!
