blow up a balloon. tear thin strips of newspaper, and use cheap pasty craft glue, or a bowl of thick starch/flour and water mix. paper mache the ballooon, i.e. run the paper strips thru the glue or starch mix, and layer it over the baloon. make sure thoroughly covered. you can use toilet rools for the entry and exits on the stomach. once its well covered, let it stand to dry in a warm room. whenthe paper covering is completely dry, the balloon will eithr have deflated by itself, or you can pop it. if you wan tot show the inside of the stomach, you can use a scalpel or nt cutter to slice a "window", showing both the inside and outside of the stomach. you can make shapes out of the paper mache or cut outs of cardboard and paint it up for the inside.
paint the model with regular craft paint - have fun.
