Does anyone know of any good sites where I might find writers and artists looking to get their work published?

I'm not talking about getting my work published.I am looking for like minded individuals who might be interested in submitting their work to riverratspress.com's latest project-The Rabid Dog-read as indy,and can only pay in copies but all submissions will be considered from comics and cartoons to rants and raves,photos,fiction,nonfictio... etc.Know of anyone interested just send them to the website for more info.And again,if you know of any groups or websites I can send this info along to it would be greatly appreciated!!
