Writing a balladdd..helpp!?

i have to write a ballad and i already wrote one but i need another one and dont know what to write it about, i dont want to write it about love or soemthing like that, it can be something funny, it doesnt matter.

Use your ballad to write a story about something heroic. Many classic ballads like "Sir Patrick Spens" were heroic stories. Many ballads were also mythical events or magical happenings, like "The Demon Lover;" you could try writing something like that.

Love ballads are okay, but the subject has been done so many times by such great writers that the subject is largely played out. Besides, love stories are often interesting only to the people in them. Try a less exhausted topic.
