Hi everyone. i nee help with something. why do you write poems. be specific it's for a class?

I write poems because I can express myself better by doing so.
Writing keeps me focused and aware of this place we call the world. I am a constant thinker which may or may not be a good thing. Because I do find myself constantly trying to put everthing into perspective or make sense of all things.
