I'm looking at society in relation to,social problems,growing up & relationship between sexes can you help me?
I'm doing research for my art practice as my work is leading me into social issues.
Does anyone know any good books, documentaries, articles, forums, websites est. that I should look at?
Or any subject matter you feel I should be looking at along this area.
I've been looking a lot at growing up in society and women??s issues in society but there is very little on men issues in society.
I will be grateful for any information or help

Look into orthorexia. And the first guys answer - how men feel they can't whinge. Men complete suicide much more frequently than women, and they're less likely to seek help when they need it, even for a health problem. Society expects them to be strong, but not callous - which is truly a hard thing, I think, for anyone to achieve. I'm not a man, though, so those are just my two cents.
