Question:

Some of my flute's keys are turning a kind of reddish brown. How did this happen? Can i fix it in anyway?

I haven't had it for a year yet but sometimes after i play, some certain keys turn a different color. It used to just be darker, but eventually became brown and red. What happened? Is there any way i can fix this problem?

It depends on what kind of Flute you have. If its a Silver plated one then its dirt most likely. I clean mine everyday after i use it. With my old Flute i didn't and ye... it went a reddy yellow shade. Best thing to do is use a Qtip to get rid of it, but be careful not to loosen the joints.
Good luck
