Four and twenty the doctor had said
Stay four wide awake and twenty in bed

Yellow, white and gold fell into my hand
These stimulate you and these good for your head

Dear Dr. Jay, you have remedied my gloom
And the blue ones we added have kept me from doom

I've been to the hospital three times, I confess
Dear Dr. Jay, should I stay awake less?

I like it. Not sure if that means it is good or not, but it is the standard for myself.
