I am size 10-12 is there a market for me if I was to enter the modeling industry?

It seems like you have to be very small or at LEAST size 12+ to fall in plus size. Could someone tell me a good place to start I am in melbourne. I will do only Commercial modeling ( no catwalk stuff)

Not sure about Melbourne, but in Sydney there are 'plus-size' modelling groups (i think for 10 too ) . I've read about them in magazines and stuff .. and it's not catwalk too. Look up anything on Yellow Pages etc , google it. Try anything and if u find one make sure it's not a dodgy rip-off agency ! Good luck and if you don't find anything in Melbourne, try other states, especially Sydney, because this is where commercial work for magazines and ads are revolved around.
