I miss the days when boys had cooties
When recess was too short and life was too long
When decisions were easy and chosen by "eenie, meenie, mynie, mo"
Only skinned knees brought tears and boys were yucky
When goodbye only meant until tomorrow
When your clothes didn't need to match
The only race issue was of who ran faster
And love went on forever without a broken heart.
