Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Inheritence cycle (eragon, eldest, brisingr) - Christopher Paolini : this book is about a young farm boy becoming a dragon rider and learning magic!. One of my favourites!.

North Child - Edith Pattou (this is a novel not a series) : this is a simple novel that is beautifully written it's alike beauty and the beast!.

vampire beach - alex duval : about a boy who discovers there's something different about the popular students in his school!.

septimus heap - angie sage : about a lost boy and a princess loads of magic etc!. great read!.

vampire academy - richelle mead : as good as house of night or nearly!. About a young dhampir girl protecting a mortier(can't remember the spelling) princess!.

garth nix's series: mister monday etc!. : haven't read but all my friends say they're really good!.

the mediator - meg cabot : about a girl who has extra ordinary powers and can interact with ghosts especially one named Jesse!.!.!.

You have got to try out Airhead - meg cabot!. its fantastic!! Although if i say anything else it would probably spoil it so just read it lol!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

and the second one (or maybe third!.!.) is called thunderbird falls!.
really good

EDIT: okay okay! i checked it lol
its The Walker Papers series
and the book order is
-urban shaman
-thunderbird falls
-coyote dreams (lol i was completely wrong)
