I think Jacob imprints on Renesmee because he already "loves" Bella so much *puke* and then when Bella has a kid (I seriously don't know how that's possible between a DEAD person and a LIVING person) Jacob can actually get this person who is "so much like Bella" to love him, because Bella already "loves" Edward so there's no way that she could ever be with him, I guess!. Probably Stephenie Meyer couldn't bear the thought of Jacob Black (who everyone just ADORES) to not have someone to love!. I used to like the series, but it's just a huge romance drama with no point, really!. Or at least until Jacob comes in and ruins everything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all, werewolves have 24 chromosomes, vampires have 25, and humans have 23!. So a human (23), plus a vampire(25) = a baby with 24 chromosomes!. Jacob Is So angry he feels like he's going to die then he sees this beautiful baby girl and decides he has to take care of her for bella !. for the one he FIRST imprinted on !. He suddenly feels very protective over her , He cant even control it !.Bella goes mad when she finds out but then realises Its not just Love as in the passionate why its love that a father feels toward his daughter something like that not "love" love !.

Imprinting is not optional when i happens!. It just sort!.!.!.happens!. And its not really love (for now) all he wants is the best for Renesme and he wants to be there for her no matter what!.
