Question: Does the book Extras by Scott Westerfield have anything to do with Tally!?

I read the first three books in the series, and I want to know if Tally comes back up!. Does she, or is she completely out of the picture now!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

In extras its mostly about another character
but then "well be watching you" letter was no joke Tally comes back but the story is mostly about the other character
