First, know everything about them!. I fill out the long MySpace surveys from their perspectives if I can't develope them!. Try to make situations that show their unique traits, or the things that should be displayed!. And maybe make them have reasons for their actions, pasts, regrets, etc!.

Don't forget flaws!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hey,

Well first of all, before you start writing, you should make a plan of your characters!. List any flaws, habits they might have, as well as their goals in life, their appearance, their personality, their likes and dislikes!. This all helps in the development and creation of a character and is essential to any story writing!.

When you first start, don't list everything there is about a character- eg!. "He had short brown hair, blue eyes, strong muscles and tanned skin!. The scar on his arm!.!.!." You should develop your character throughout your chapters/story!.

I hope this helped! Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need either a lot of time or a series of trials for them to go through!.

If you want to explore the character, you just have to follow them around for a while as they go about their day-to-day business!.

If you mean that you want your characters to change, you need to shock them out of their current state or follow them around for a LOT longer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you need to bring them through small trials and adversity to show how they react uniquely!.

SHOWING REACTION I WOULD SAY!. in many instancesWww@QuestionHome@Com
