Question: Is the Cellar by Richard Laymon the first in a series or what!?

so today I went to barnes and noble and picked up The Cellar by Richard Laymon!. I read part of it and I know it's about some beast house!. Then I saw online that there was also a book called The Beast House by Richard Laymon!. I was just wondering if anyone knows if these 2 are part of a series!? If they are which one is the first in the series!?

He wrote several books that took place around 'the Beast House'!. The 1st book is 'The Cellar', 2nd is 'The Beast House', 3rd 'The Midnight Tour', 4th 'Friday Night in the Beast House'!.

Yes, The Beast House is the sequel to The Cellar!.
