Question:

Okay so it says!.!.!.

Ephraim Black and his tribe were angry at us so we made a truce
(and it says stuff about him being a werewolf 70 years ago when the Cullens arrived and now the Cullens are back and there are more werewolves!.

BUT THE IT SAYS:
With Ephraim we thought the line (i would think the line of werewolves)
died out!.
THAT MEANS EPHRAIM WAS NOT A WEREWOLF

Can someone please clarify this because:
IF HE IS A WEREWOLF:
That means Ephraim and his son, and Jaocb were all werewolves
but Billy missed out

IF HE WASNT:
How can the werewolves and the vampires make a truce if there was no werewolfWww@QuestionHome@Com

They meant when he died they thought the line of werewolfs was over!.
Billy was Ephraim's son, but when Billy was a kid and a young adult there were no vampires around so it skipped his generation!.
Remember in ( i think New Moon or Eclipse) Bella told Edward that the wearwolves came back because the vampires did!.
When Ephraim was "of age" the Cullens were there so he was a werewolve
When Billy was 'of age" no vampires, so no werewolves
When Jacob was "of age" there were vampires, so there are werewolvesWww@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, he was a werewolf and yes the werewolf line died with him!. Because the cullens left to go start over new lives!. And when they came back Sam became a werewolf(shapeshifter)!. And yes billy was not a werewolf because when he was "of age" to become one there were no vampires!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

With Ephraim we thought the line wold die out means that when he died they thought there was not going to be any more Werewolf's!.
