Question: Twilight Fans: How come in photos of 'Edward Cullen' there is a different guy!?

I like the background, just wondering why its a different guy!. I've seen loads with this guy and not Robert!. Does anyone know why that is!?

Before the movie cast was decided, fans made collages, videos, etc!. of the actors that they hoped would be picked!. Gaspard Ulliel (the person in that particular picture) was a popular choice for Edward among fans!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
