B/c most vampires don't sparkle, resist their thirst whether they love or not, and they most definetly do NOT become vampires by getting bitten!. But, if you mean twilight, if its a gorgeous fat person, they'd stay the same!. If not, they'd probably shrink from not eating ever again and become beautiful!. Bella does not look exactly the same after the transformation!.
