At any age as long as your parents give you their consent (or you get emancipated, you are legally bound to your parents before you're 18 so any official and legal thing you do has to go through them first!. Not to mention the fact that a lawyer would be good to check and help you with the contract, the copyright and the publishing firm)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need to be 18 to sign contracts by yourself!.
