The Volturi!? okay, i need help!. i'll start off by saying i love the series but it's alittle confusing!. especially the Volturi!. can someone please explain them to me by name and special power!. Especially jane!. i don't get anything about jane!. also, in New Moon, it said (i forgot where and what exactly) that jane (or someone) new she would die if she didn't succeed!. can someone please explain that to me!? succeed at what!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: the volutri are the oldest and most powerful coven in the world Aro has the power of mind reading through touching others his wife-Sulpicia- has no powers Caius has no powers his wife-Athendora-also has no powers Marcus has the power of breaking up peoples personal relationships his wife died but her name was Didyme Then there are the gaurd who protect the volturi Jane who can inflict pane on peoples minds(it hurts them) Alec who can block peoples minds so that they have no thoughts and can not see Demetri who can track things Felix whos basicly just a gaurd(has no powers) Chelsea who can make people feel like they have a connection to others The volturi act a protecters of the vampire race and feel the need to enforce the rulesWww@QuestionHome@Com Jane is able to inflict severe pain on people through thier mind (a kind of telepathy) So she is able to incapacitate people by inclicting them with pain and there is no defense as she is essentially invading your mind!. The part about someone dying if they are unsuccessful i believe was in reference to Alice and Bella traveling to Italy!. If they are unsuccessful in finding Edward then everyone might die as the Volturi might go after all of them!. also once they go meet the Voluturi if they are successful in getting released there could be a lot of negative consequences!. They are thousands of years old!. Aro, when he touches you he can see everything that you've ever thought!. Marcus can see relationships and Ciacis or however you spell his name, is the other leader!. Jane can torture you with her mind!. And there's a human girl working for them and they could kill her if they wanted to, but the girl wants to join them and she knows that it is a good possibility that she could die instead of becoming a vampire herself!. The Volturi is what I guess you can call the "Royal Family" of the vampire world!. They make the laws and there are consequences to those who break them!. Jane uses the her power to make the mind think it is under pain which makes the whole body feel under pain!. Bella is immune to it as she is with Aro and Edward (she can't be harmed or hepled with mind powers)! Hope that helps some!
