Get yourself a copy of Writer's Digest for 2009!. In there you will find what you're looking for!. The best thing to do is to look over the literary agents first!. Never send your work to a publisher without prior consent!. A literary agent can help you get your book published much faster, that is, if you can get one to represent you!. It's not easy!.
