Based on what you've listed!.!.!.

Farenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury (Books are banned - one man wonders why)
Catcher in the Rye - JD Salinger (Can't explain - just read)
The Time Machine - HG Wells (Man builds Time Machine to the future - very deep)
To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee (A child learning about prejudice)
The Picture of Dorian Gray - Oliver Wilde (A man and his portrait and the psychological pain it drives him through)

Death of a Salesman - Arthur Miller (A salesman and his poor family)
Our Town - Thorton Wilder (Revealing observations of daily life)
Lord of the Flies - William Golding (A group of boys get trapped on an island - kind of creepy, but very good)
Alas, Babylon - Pat Frank (Nuclear bomb in America, and a group of survivors have to get through until help comes, if it ever will!. One of the best, in my opinion)Www@QuestionHome@Com
