Question: Twilight fans; have any of you actually been to Forks, WA and seen the places Stephanie describes in the book!?

Yes, I live right outside of Forks, and we have a bunch of friends there, I have seen all the places in the books, although I sort of imagined Bella's house differently!.
It was a very fun trip, and almost everything corresponds with the book, especially First Beach, I bet she used pictures!.

The people of Forks are really getting into it, and doing Twilight tours, which are really cool!. If you have a chance, you should visit the Forks/La Push area!. It is beautiful!.

Of all the things that were in the book, I liked how she described the trees, with all the moss, and how it is claustrophobic, which really is true!.
I personally, think it is perfectly described in the book!. Especially since Stephenie Meyer had never been to Forks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I live in Forks!. And almost everything she describes is right on!. I know that she did take a trip here a while back, and she also did alot of research!. But living here and then reading the books I do think that she gave a pretty good feel of the place!. =]
