He only gets mad because of the smell of her blood, he thinks he is a monster when he isn't!. Well he is, but not in a bad way!. He doesn't want to be a monster which is why he tries so hard not to kill humans- especially Bella!. He loves her so much that he doesn't want to hurt her!. If she died, he would kill himself too!. It's the adoration that he feels, and how gentlemanly he is, and how he smiles!.
