Stephen King because I love horror, his imagination can be very dark, he is also very versatile!. He writes horror, adult fairy tales, fantasy, short stories, major epic stories that go on for 6 or seven books, his stories make you think and his writing always rings true!. By that I mean he doesn't alter his style for anyone, he doesn't make excuses for his work and is not influenced, as many writers are, by political correctness!. He is what he is and he's stood the test of time!. Finally a lot of his books inter relate to each other!. He often refers to characters from one or two of his books in his other books and he does this seamlessly!. He's brilliant!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well iv more than one!.one is a unknown author who wrote Short but scary stories to read at bedtime, and, the bait scary stories that will make you want to read more!. her name is Michelle Patricia Noble and i found those books on amazon!.com i love her because shes like Stephen king scary!.i also like the author Anne rice because of her vampire books!. and i like Jemiah Jeferson another not well known of author!.she rights some really scary sexually explicit vampire books!. she can be found on amazon!.com as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Robert Ludlum, James Clavell and Eric Van Lustbader (sorry, I just can't rule out the two others!)!. I love getting lost in their novels once in a while as an escape from this mundane life!.
