i didn't get the question!.!.it didnt make sense!.!.!.when butlers are murdered it is considered murder or homicide(murder if it is premeditated, homicide if by accident i think or by impulse) if they kill themselves it's suicide!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it is usually to start with because who would want to kill a butler!? but if you carry on this mystery in your story and make it spooky you can turn into murder at the end and it will keep people guessing to what actually happened and why!. Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
