Any difference between the Artemis Fowl books?

Question: Any difference between the Artemis Fowl books!?

I read the first book and and the second but i couldn't find the third
book!.!.!.then i went to my library and they had the Artemis Fowl: The Opal Deception so can i just skip the third and go for this book!?

No, you should really read The Eternity Code before Opal Deception, cause a major event happens at the end of the third book, it'll be more difficult to understand and keep up if you skip to the fourth book!. Plus, the third book was really good, you shouldn't miss out on it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you skip a book in the series, you will be thoroughly confused and have no clue what is going on!. Seriously, I would recommend just putting the third book on hold!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
