A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens works, sort of!.

The Pearl by John Steinbeck is more about general greed, but greed is one of its main themes!.

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas deals with greed a little!. Revenge over a wrongdoing done because of greed!.
