Please, if you love Twilight, don't chastise me for asking this!. I only want to hear from teenage girls that think it's an awful piece of literature (if any exist!)!. I loved the first book!. And then it just went downhill!. Way downhill!. It seems that no one else agrees with me and I want to know if anyone anywhere actually does!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm a firm believer that literature is a wonderful expression of life yada yada, but Twilight (though, in writing style, it is the best among the series) and the succeeding books' plots and events are cliche in my opinion!. I've read a ridiculous amount of books (too many, in others' opinion) and Twilight seems to imitate books published beforehand!. Whether Ms!. Meyer does that consciously, I don't know!. The characters, too, seem Mary Sue-ish or archetypal!. Peace!. Www@QuestionHome@Com ok- well first- i know it says if you love the twilight books, thn dont chastist, but who wouldnt love them!. im 13 and i think that the books are BRILLANT! i just wished that there was a guy out there like edward!. i mean not like the vampire part, but he is so romantic! it is just an awesome series! i love it in the book, that he is sooo cautious, and he has the urge to hurt her, but their love keeps him lovable!!! lol!.!.!.!.!.!. if you dont like this series of books, then you should visit a psychologist!!!! best books ever!. i read twilight in one day! i couldnt get away from those books!.!. i suggest you read them for whoever has not yet! p!.s!. edward is soooo hott! i could not amagine this movie with anyother two people than kristen stuart, and rob pattinson!!! and i am also sooo sad that in the movie harry potter that he was supposed to die in that movie cause he is such a good actor!. and i cant wait to see the twilight movie!.!.!.!. it is going to be like the hilight of the year!Www@QuestionHome@Com I think it was just ehh!. The ideas were cliche and the writing was bad, but like someone else said, what more do you expect from a book written for teenage girls!? It's sad that our generation's teenagers don't have a real taste in books and it shows how bad our education is that they think these books are good!. Personally, I couldn't even stand the first book!. I never even got to the second, and from what I've heard I don't want to!. One of my main problems with the book though was, the sappy "love" lines!. You're my perfect brand of heroin!. Seriously!? I love my boyfriend very much, but if he said something that stupid to me I would get up and walk away!. No boy in his right mind would say those things, and no girl in her right mind should want to hear them!. All those "romantic" bits show is how deeply frustrated SMeyer is with her own love life, and how she wishes she had someone to say those things to her!.
