So, the question is, why, do you think, that the majority of questions here are Twilight-related!? Because, I suppose the movie's coming out soon and whatnot, but honestly, you would have thought people would start running out of questions soon!.!.!. apparently not, though, and here I was being so patient!.!.!. Here's another question, do you think people will get out of the "Twilight phase"!.!.!. If so, when!.

Okay, here's the deal!.

Twilight questions are not unique in the fact that the same questions keep getting asked over and over!.
To be specific, some of the commonly asked questions about Twilight:
Team Edward or Team Jacob!?
If you were Bella, would you want to be a vampire!?
What do you think Bella's powers will be if she becomes a vampire!?

I'm venturing a guess that you will find far more questions stating:
Am I pregnant!? Here are my syptoms
(and they are the same things as the other jillion questions saying the same thing!.)
Does he like me!?
How does a girl act when she likes a guy!?
I was out with my friends last night and I acted dumb, how do I say sorry!?
There's this lady at work who always flirts with everyone!. How do I tell her to sit down and just do her work!?
McCain or Obama!?
(yeah, the answers are the same, the question is the same!.!.!.it still gets asked)
How do I lose 10 pounds by the time I have pictures!?
Am I fat!?
How should I get in shape!?

The point is!.!.!.there are lots of questions that have been asked and answered!. If a questioner asks it, they are either looking for answers directly to them, or they were not satisfied with the answers on the previous questions!.

And to those that think Twilight questions aren't appropriate on Yahoo!Answers!.!.!.
A question asking for understanding of the material is entirely appropriate!. Additionally, a lot of people who are just discovering the books don't know that there are fansites for the book, or want to discover other fans that they have already spoken about other books with on Y!A!. If one doesn't want to read a question about Twilight, one needs only to look past them!. There really aren't that many!.

So!.!.!.do I think the Twilight questions phase will go away!? Yes, it will!. Just as every topic has peak times and low times, Twilight questions are hard to come by at some times!. Other times, when a new book comes out, a movie is coming out, or there is a news article about it, people will have new questions!.

I also think that to a lot of people, this is a book that gives them characters to really draw them in and that took them by surprise!. They want to know if others were as taken as they were!. Non-readers have become readers, readers who haven't had time to read have rediscovered reading because the books are fun, easy to read, and easy to get into!. Some of them are repeating the questions!. "Edward or Jacob!?" "Who is your favorite character in the Twilight series!?" "Harry Potter or Twilight!?" "What is your favorite book in the Twilight series!?" Their stubbornness to just use the search bar irritates me!. They're flooding this category with questions that are pointless when they can save themselves 5 points!.

Lots of the Twilight fans have questions about the book that they don't get so I suppose that's also part of why they're not running out of questions!.

With the movie coming out soon I know they will shoot out questions like, "Did you like the movie!?" "What did you not like about it!?" "Didn't you think Robert Pattinson was so hot in the movie!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" Hopefully they have at least half a brain to know that those questions should be in the Movies category!.

I am being patient for now!. In a few years time, Twilight will be nothing more than a fad!. I believe it has no literary value for it to be a classic!. People will grow out of it soon!. We just have to be patient!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They already HAVE run out of questions!.!.!.that's why the ask they same ones over and over and over and over again!.!.!.!.

The thing that annoys me is that they never ask any interesting questions that analyze or theorize about the story!.!.!.they ALWAYS ask about: "Jacob vs!. Edward" "What happens in Breaking Dawn!?" or something else general and boring like that!.

I think they NEED to realize that they keep asking these questions because the Twilight series is Boring and Inadequate so the FANS don't even feel the need to "seriously" discuss the actual story because there's NOTHING to talk about! I mean there's nothing Compelling or Appealing about it at all!.!.!.that's the thing that annoys me about why all the fans are supposedly obsessed with it because there's NOTHING to obsess over!.!.!.it's just a bunch of Cliche, predictable, Humdrum!.

The "Twilight Phase" will end VERY soon because like I said the Fans dont have anything to discuss and soon they will realize that and move on to something else!. because its really populer because the movie coming out more people have heard about it!. So they ask questions on here to seeif its any good or not, and then the twilight haters start posting up questions on why twilight fans are always asking them!. Which causes more queations!. So when people read them they start getting obbsessed and start asking more questions like for eg:who eles just loves twilight
or whos read twilight!. I think that people wil stop talking about it so much when the movie comes out and its been out for a couple of weeks!. But then again when more people watch it they start posting questions again!. But when the DVDs out and every ones gone past the stage of asking questions like whos brought the DVd!. Then thats probz be when the questions stop

EDIT: and just rember that the riot over midnight sun is also causing more people asking question, and your right they are running out of questions to ask to they ask the same one over and over again!. And because there making all the books into movies thats just going to make it even worse!. People could just go onto a fan site or google the questions they want to aske!. I think eventually it will die down!. It is a lot of people asking the same questions over and over really!. It really is not half as bad as it was before Breaking Dawn came out!. I mean literally the same question every 10 minutes!. Twilight, and I hate it when people compare the two, is like Harry Potter, in this case, these board were filled with Harry Potter questions a few years back, but now you only stumble across a few every other page!. Yeah, the phase will die out!. Once the Twilight fangurlz grow up and/or realize what literature is, they'll see Twilight for what it is-- a fluff novel with no literary value!.

Twilight is popular because people use it as a self-insert by making themselves Bella in the book, and because it doesn't make you think at all!. Twilight is as intellectually stimulating as People Magazine-- it has no depth and doesn't make you think!. It's a shallow book with a shallow plot!.

After the movie comes out, there will be some hype, then it will simmer down!. If they film additional movies, the craze will continue for a few years!. Twilight will die out eventually though-- it won't stick around because it's just not a classic!. I think the twilight syndrome will start to ware off after the movie and then completely die when the last book is published!. I also think that most girls under the age of 16 (the "twilighters") don't know how to use the search bar and so it's not more and more questions, it's more and more of the same questions!. But here are a few reasons:
1)Failure to use the search bar
2)Failure to realize what questions are appropriate for this section
2a) Questions about CLOTHES, COSTUMES, SONGS, MOVIES, DRAWINGS, ACTORS are NOT ALLOWED HERE!. RANTS and CHATS are not allowed!.
3)People do not realize this is not a Twilight Fansite
4)New readers read the book, come here, and posts questions or rants without realizing how much we've had to put up with already!.

Now, The twilight questions have gone down since the week after BD came out!. That's good!. But now that we're in the Movie months, this forum will be flooded with a million questions about the movie, even though this is a BOOK forum!. But the questions will die down again about 2 weeks after the movie, then start up again the next week over the stupid twilight guide!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I really don't know why people ask so many Twilight questions!. I noticed too!. They also ask the same questions over and over again!. We should just write a really good answer for a question like 'Do you think Edward in Twilight sounds hot!?'!. Then you can copy it and put it under another question like it!. See!?

Because people come here and don't bother to use the Search feature, so they keep repeating the same 5 questions over and over again, ad nauseam!.

Yes, things calmed down a bit after BD, but the hype has been rekindled because of the movie!.

People have run out of questions, if you take a closer look , you'll see the same 5-6 questions repeated over and over again by different people!. No one is asking anything new!.

If past movies based upon novels have been any good indication, I suspect the Twilight "phase" is probably just getting started! The original hype from the books is winding down now, but after the movie comes out in theatres, I suspect a whole new group of movie-goers will be going out and buying the books and the "phase" will start all over again with these new readers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think a lot of the questions here are Twilight related because the readers (which are mostly younger girls) want to find others that they can relate to and commiserate with over something they liked!.
