I had a diet/nutrition book that I can't find!. It had to do with controlling insulin, and had diagrams that looked like seesaws with protein, carb and fat blocks!. If the seesaw was level, your meal choices were in balance!. If it leaned to the left or right, something was out of whack!. Does anyone know the title of this book!? I'm taking a chance, I know!.
