I think you have a fantastic name! Don't worry about pen names - that should be the last thing on your mind while writing!. People do it for privacy reasons or business reasons, but just having one for the sake of having one isn't usually advisable!.

I would read a book by Manasa Rachapalli in a heartbeat!. It's a beautiful name that just flows off the tongue!. But I have no desire to read feminist crap, sorry!. I had a high school teacher that made us read Betty Freidan and Gloria Steinem!. That may have been OK, but the teacher made it clear she had no use for the male of the species!. If you really need one, so you can sure that people REMEMBER your name [though it is memorable]
Just change the last name, to something like Racha or Palli
Don't change it too much, it's usually done for privacy reasons!.
