Question: Suggest Books For Me!?
Don't Like - Harry Potter,Lord of the Rings,Romance,Fantasy or Sci Fi
I Like - Black Comedy, Fiction, basically books someone with a sense of humor/personality similar to a male Daria or Jane (from daria) or Janeane Garofalo would like
I am a 23 year old Male so please something close to age appropriate and gender appropriate!.
I have a dry and sarcastic sense of humor!.I also want books on the more unconventional side, because I get bored with the same old thing all the time!.I also want something that is a bit of an easy read because I have a short attention span but not too easy or I'd get bored with it!.However I also want something that isn't too predictable because I don't like things I can see the ending a mile away!.

Recently finished reading 'Double Whammy' by Carl Hiassen, which combines 'black humor' (in subtle abundance) with mystery-storytelling!. No web site available!. 'Whammy' was written years ago!.

Both writers mentioned just above were/are great at dryly satirical and unconventional writing, the 'master writer' being Vonnegut though he fairly recently died; the 'up-and-coming writer' being Moore, though he's already been compared by some to Vonnegut, not without reason!. Again, black humor abounds with these authors!.
