It is sooo great! Much better than the movie--even though I loved the movie!. If you do read it, don't expect to like the main character all that much--not to say that you'd dislike her, just that there are other characters that are much more worthy of your love!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

For werewolfs, try reading the Darren Shan series, it's about a boy who's cursed by turning into a werewolf for the rest of his life and he tries to battle that curse!.
For mermaids, try reading Ingo!. It's about a girl who finds a kingdom of mermaids, but she's in danger of staying there forever, there's some force that's makes it irresistable to come down into the mermaid kingdom and stay forever!. It continues on as a series, but I've only read the first book, it was unlike any other mermaid book I've read, a more sinister one than others!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
