Question: Sum up Odd thomas by dean koontz!?

If you had to sum up Odd thomas by dean koontz to a friend as to what its about and what happens!. what would you say!? also how would you describe "Fungus Man" physically!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I wouldn't tell my friend enough to spoil the story!. However, I'd probably tell the person that Odd Thomas is a very humble young man with an excellent sense of humor; he has to have that since he sees ghosts!. The ghosts are unable to speak, but, if they become visible to him, it means there is a problem which Odd must solve for them - often catching their murderer, but sometimes other things!.

In the first book, there is a major disaster of some sort which is going to happen in Odd's hometown, Pico Mundo, and Odd must figure out what, where, when, who and how (to stop it or at least minimize it)!.

Fungus man looks like a mushroom with that sort of rounded figure (this much I definitely recall)!. I can't recall much else, though I think he had rather frizzy hair, small eyes that seemed rather snake-like and often appeared "not quite with it," if you know what I mean!. I'm not positive if I'm describing him accurately, however!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
