How and where can you have a lengthy work critiqued?

Question: How and where can you have a lengthy work critiqued!?

I have written a novel and would like to have someone other than a family member look at it!. I am looking for someone who is a little less biased!. It is science fiction!. How do I go about finding someone and how worried should I be that my work could be plagiarized by such people!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

send it 2 different publishers and CONTACT them first!.
if u don't then there's a 95% chance that they'll read it thoroughly if u send it 2 them without telling them in the first place!.
hire an agent if u want too, some1 who can persuade the publishers 2 look at ur book!.
who knows!? many great books out there have been rejected numerous times until one publisher finally accepted them!
