Question: What books would you guys recommend!?
I love autobiographies or biographies that are entertaining!.
Here's one example of what I mean: The Story of William Sydney Porter by Jeannette Covert Nolan!.
I usually enjoy stories with a city/country setting in America ranging from the years of 1890's to the 1950's but it doesn't have to be for me to enjoy it!.
I love the work of O!. Henry (William Porter) but disappointing as it is, he never published a full book, just excellent short stories!.
It would be great if you guys know an author with a similar writing style as Porter's!.
I highly recommend Porter's short stories to any book worm who enjoy surprises!. Especially The Gift of the Magi and The Last Leaf
By the way, William Porter's cover name is O!. Henry, but of course he has many more!.
So, do you guys know any autobiographies or biographies that are similar to The Story of William Sydney Porter!?

I don't know his story ( William Porter or O!. Henry) so I don't really know if these are like it at all but I know some very good autobiographies:
-- Join Me by Danny Wallace - About how he accidentally started a cult and what he decides to do with it and how it changes his life!.
-- Yes Man by Danny Wallace - He decides to go a year (I think it's a year) only answer questions/ requests with yes!.
-- Friends like These by Danny Wallace - He decides to go out and track down his elementary school friends!. (This is my favourite because they all do such different things and he mentions an amazingly bad spy (but this one hasn't been released in the USA/Canada so if you want it you'll have to get it shipped over (at least I don't believe it's out yet)))
A year of Living Biblically by A!. J!. Jacobs - He decides to go a year fallowing all the rules from the bible(s), from the 10 commandment to small rules like 'don't wear mix fabrics!.'
Know it All by A!. J!. Jacobs - He decides to read the Encyclopedia Britannica from A to Z!.

i haven't really read many other books except gg and the clique and stuff, because im not really into that sort of thing but TWILIGHT IS AWESOME!.
i tried to readd those old books like pride and prejudice and stuff but twilight was soooooo much better!!! its not confusing or boring or anything!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
