Question: Any good books!?!? i really need a couple!!?

Ok, so i have been kinda sad cuz i cant find a good book!. i need it to be somthing that will keep me on the edge of my seat!. i dont like things tht take forever to get into the story, and i hate books that really have no point, like the bean trees!. i love books that keep you going, and that have a great plot!. any suggestions!?

a great edge of the seater book is well, the series ALEX RIDER!. they're great! first 'un is stormbreaker!. another good one, if your into romance, is someone like you!. very cute, and tells about friendship!. you wanna know more!!!

also, check out lois duncan's books! those are always good! i've read 'em all and they're very suspenseful!. then theres the HP series, twilight saga, and percy jackson!. those are good series, too!.!.!. hmm!.!.!. Very fast paced spy novel, I would also recommend the other books in the Alex Rider series!.

Harry Potter, J!. K!. Rowling
Fantasy, amazing, one of my favorites!. Be aware that you will not stop until book seven!. They're about 500-700 each!.

The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, Michael Scott
I loved 'em, however, the series isn't finished being written yet so you may want to wait!. The two books out are The Alchemist and The Magician!.

The Goose Girl, Shannon Hale
I would recommend anything by her really!. 'Tis fantasy!.

The Inheritance Saga, Christopher Paolini
These are the Eragon books, three are out and one more is on it's way!. They aren't especially fast paced, but they are pretty good!.

Serpent Tide sieries, K!. L!. Fogg
'Tis one of my favs!.

The Redwall series, Brian Jacques
Mice, evil rats, war, pretty darn good!. Fantasy once again!.

Fahrenheit 451, Ray Bradbury
I haven't read this myself but I hear it's really great!.

Shock Point, April Henry
Intriguing, fascinating, all that jazz!.

I hear Fablehaven is pretty good, so try those!. also, A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray is supposed to be good!.

Anything by Tamora Pierce is great, she's a teen fantasy author!.

also, anything you might find by Avi is probably really good, though he's a childrens' author for the most part!.

Im in the middle of reading P!.J Parrish's books!. Hers are a series about a cop turned private investigator named Louis Kincaid!. One of the books "The Unquiet Grave" is about murders at an old insane asylum!.!.!.!.very good suspense!. Definitely edge of your seat reading!.

I wouls also recommend the "Joanna Brady" series and the "JP Beaumont" series by J!.A Jance!.!.

Have you ever read The Book Theif by Markus Zusack!. It's intriguing and interesting!. The narrator of the book is death, and you would picture death as horrific, but it's the complete opposite!. Ironic if you ask me, but intriguing!.

I think the best book to read is the Bible!.
