Tom Robinson!. He was innocent and literaly killed!.

Boo Radley!. He was innocent but his name was trashed and one could say he was figuratively killed!.

And I think in a way Mayella Ewell was a mockingbird!. In my opinion there is more than one way to kill a mockingbird and perhaps the Ewells, especially Bob Ewell robbed her of her goodness!. He "killed" her, and so she was no longer a mockingbird!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

What you can Identify
is that, a Mocking bird is innocent and all it does is sing!.

And Tom Is like a mocking bird so is (that one guy who lives in that house that everyone accuses for being a phycho!.)

Tom because he didn't deserve the abuse he got and it wasn't fair that they discrimintated him because he was black!. And even though it was obviously proved that he was innocent he still got punished for what he was accused of!.!.!.!. I mean, That girl was a little brat!. And after all that he helped her!. She did that to him !. And turned it around and got him in trouble for it!.

The other guy!. because no one even took the time to know him they just assumed things by the way his house looked and the way he chose to live his life!. And in the end they all realize that!.
